This photo shows the band just before marching on to play their grade four set. They came a  creditable third overall, but the judges sheets at the end of the competition showed that the pipers had finished top of the pile by a sizable margin.

The Band also competed at Grade three level but came in a disappointing 6th position. Comments that Pipe Major Cammy Renwick made after the results came through were unfortunately unprintable. But words that rhymed with Fish Trap, Luck and Plastered were used frequently

By special request, this photo has been inserted to prove that we do in fact have a drum corps. This Picture was taken at Innerleithen for the annual festival there. They are from left to right Ian (Titch) Dalgliesh, Derrick McGeorge, Mark McKenna and Richard (Dick) Thorburn.
