Hawick Pipe Band: Juniors 

My name is Bruce Short, and  I'm 13 years old. I'm in my second year at Hawick High School, I don't have a girlfriend at the moment but I'm not looking anyway. I've been learning the bagpipes for over three and a half years and I am a member of the Hawick Novice juvenile Pipe Band

My name is Kevin Rae and I'm 11 years old, I've been learning the bagpipes  for about one and a half years and I have now learned about eleven tunes. The school I go to is Trinity primary school and I have lots of friends there. I don't have a girl friend and I'm not looking.

My name is Jordan Lee Hope and  I'm 11 years old.  I go to Wilton Primary School where I am in P7. My teacher is Mrs. Grey. My Mum and Dads names are Joan and Ian. My Mum works in an old folks home and my Dad works for Scottish gas. I've been learning the chanter since May 2001

I really enjoy going to band practices with my friend Jamie, I'm on tunes now and the first one I learned was, "When the Battles O'er" and since then I've learned another eleven tunes which includes the Scotland the Brave set. I have also got my pipes and I've played at Peebles Beltane festival with the band to mention but a few, and I am looking forward to playing at many more.

My Dad is a Fire fighter just like the ones you see in London's Burning, I don't know where my mum works. I've been learning the chanter since April 2000
